Manager Customer and Facilitation

Your Impact

The Customer & Field Facilitation Manager leads the Customer & Field development team with specific responsibility for providing internal and external customers with a positive development experience. This role will develop, implement, and measure strategies to address learning needs of Pro customers and associates.

What you will do

• Leads a high performing team, assuming all responsibility associated with people leader activities inclusive of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management.

• Manages expenses for initiatives within scope of responsibility.

• Manages overall program strategy, adapting templates, policies and procedures as needed.

• Collaborates cross functionally with Sales Team, Learning & Development, Marketing, and Pro Sales Senior Leadership to determine learning needs.

• Manages and ensures the alignment, buy-in, and support by building and maintaining relationships with internal customers, external customers and senior leadership.

• Holds team accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations to deliver best in class Service for internal and external customers.

• Responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in sales training

• Excellent presentation skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to analyze and report data

• Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

• Effective time management skills and adherence to deadlines

• Prior people leadership experience is a plus
