What believers are saying

  • Rituals reported €2.43 billion 2025 revenue on January 28, 2026.
  • It plans €40 million to refit 1,500 boutiques in 30 days during August 2026.
  • It is expanding in Asia, Greater China, the Middle East, and travel retail.

What critics are saying

  • The €40 million 1,500-store refit disrupts operations if execution slips in August-September 2026.
  • L'Occitane and Sol de Janeiro are taking travel-retail premium body-care space in 2026.
  • Rituals' ritual-led moat erodes if premium wellness normalizes, turning it into a commodity brand.

What makes Rituals unique

  • Rituals pairs premium body care with 11 Mind Oasis wellness experiences across Europe.
  • Its 25-year brand story and B Corp status anchor distinctive mindful-luxury positioning.
  • Refills, 90% natural-origin formulas, and in-store rituals deepen retention and pricing power.
