Requirements
  • A Civil Engineering degree is required; recent graduates and candidates with professional experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of construction, remodeling, adaptations, maintenance, and work inspections.
  • Ability to read, prepare, and review plans, quantity takeoffs, budgets, and technical scopes.
  • Advanced AutoCAD 2D skills and good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Practical use of artificial intelligence tools for productivity, analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Availability to conduct inspections and travel nationally when required.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, problem-solving ability, organization, planning, follow-up, technical judgment, attention to detail, analytical ability, results orientation, communication, interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, teamwork, vendor management, confidentiality, responsibility, cost-control orientation, and interest in innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, modify, and review plans in AutoCAD and develop proposals for space distribution, remodeling, and adaptations.
  • Conduct physical and technical surveys of properties and prepare quantity takeoffs, reference budgets, reports, and technical proposals.
  • Inspect construction work and verify quality, executed quantities, specifications, physical progress, costs, and schedules.
  • Follow up with contractors and vendors, identifying deviations and risks and tracking corrective actions through completion of the work.
  • Support the analysis and monitoring of plans, projects, and indicators related to the bank's properties and physical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate requirements with internal users and complementary specialties, including civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, telecommunications, and security.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SketchUp and graphic applications such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Experience in property remodeling, adaptations, maintenance, construction control, or contractor management.
  • Knowledge of budgets, cost analysis, planning, energy efficiency, sustainability, and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Previous banking experience or knowledge of the financial environment is valued but is not required.
