About the Job

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher.
Three to five years of work experience in the esports or gaming industry, including experience managing large domestic or international tournament leagues.
Ability to draft league rules and contracts.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams, drive projects, manage work, handle pressure, take initiative, demonstrate responsibility, and stay results-oriented.
Ability to adapt to the travel schedule required for tournaments.

Responsibilities

Manage standardization of clubs participating in PUBG MOBILE global tournaments, including multiple player affairs, club conduct compliance, and club coordination, to promote stable and healthy global club development.
Develop management rules for PUBG MOBILE global tournament leagues, including regional transfer rules and player recruitment rules; formulate and enforce rules for individual tournaments and issue penalties.
Plan league management models, encourage and attract player participation in professional esports, and strengthen youth development for professional teams.

Desired Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English is preferred.

What the Role Entails

1、负责PUBGMOBILE全球赛事俱乐部规范化管理工作，包括多选手事务管理、俱乐部行为合规管理、俱乐部事务协调、促进全球范围内俱乐部稳定健康发展；
2、负责PUBGMOBILE全球赛事联盟管理规则制定，包括赛区转会规则、选手招募规则等，以及单个赛事的规则制定和执行及判罚工作；
3、负责策划联盟管理模式，鼓励并吸引玩家对职业赛的参与，提升职业战队的青训力。

Who We Look For

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年电竞/游戏行业工作经验，有国内/海外大型赛事联盟管理相关经验；
2、具备联盟规则和合同的撰写能力，以及较强的项目管理能力及沟通能力;
3、良好的跨团队协作能力，具备较好的沟通协作能力，项目推动力和管理能力，抗压能力强，工作积极主动，有责任心，结果导向；能适应赛事出差节奏；
4、英语口语及书面表达优异者优先
