About the job
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience in a professional creative domain such as design, film, visual effects, marketing, or technical direction.
- Advanced experience with Google Flow or related generative computing paradigms, including the ability to experiment, push technical boundaries, and solve complex pipeline puzzles.
- Ability to build relationships, participate in technical architecture reviews with client engineers, and host public livestreams or present to executive creative directors.
- Ability to prioritize high-leverage activities, take initiative to make clients successful, and demonstrate ownership and a high bar for excellence.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales to demonstrate Google Flow's business and creative value.
- Design and lead workshops and build custom workflows tailored to strategic clients' creative briefs and production pipelines.
- Represent Google Flow publicly by creating tutorials, case studies, and campaign content that showcase enterprise best practices.
- Host webinars and livestreams, and build reusable tools and assets for Flow's public template library.
- Synthesize customer friction and pipeline gaps from the field and work with product management, design, and engineering to translate enterprise insights into platform improvements.
- Partner with the sales team to pitch major brands and studios.
- Embed with creative directors to co-create production-ready workflows.
- Lead on camera to inspire the global community through tutorials and livestreams.
