Required Skills
  • 1-3 years of closing experience in Software/SaaS (b2b fintech or e-commerce sales a plus!)
  • Proven track record of being in the top 10% - 20% of your past company
  • Outbound lead sourcing experience (70% to 80% self-generated pipeline)
  • Experience selling to CFOs/CEOs and financial stakeholders
  • Full understanding of the SMB/MM sales process
  • Team player and builder
  • Shape and build a growing sales organization
  • Focus on managing prospects through the sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Settle's products and services
  • Bring Settle’s working capital products market in the CPG e-commerce and retail space
  • Creative outbound prospecting using various tools
  • Engage directly with founders, accountants, and operations leaders
  • Partner with the credit team to help new clients through the underwriting and approval process
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for the cash flow management platform
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPI and Performance metrics
  • Learn, grow, and be mentored by a team of like-minded professionals
