Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field is required.
  • Six to eight years of experience in finance roles, including at least three years in transformation or systems-related projects.
  • Professional experience using artificial intelligence solutions such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Copilot, with a track record of delivering impact and value.
  • Experience with SAP is required.
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to work in technology-driven environments and high-performing teams.
  • A strategic mindset and strong results orientation are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership capability are required.
  • Strong communication and change management skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools.
  • Support Cintra's digital businesses by monitoring business performance and guiding teams through relevant corporate processes and procedures.
  • Assess and challenge technology investment initiatives by evaluating their business impact, profitability, strategic fit, and contribution to value creation.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and participate in finance and digital-related projects throughout their lifecycle, providing oversight and support to maximize business impact and operational efficiency.
  • Perform project management and ad hoc analysis of country or global initiatives requiring business and finance team coordination across financial, accounting, tax, and business processes, with a focus on value creation, simplicity, automation, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead change management efforts and provide training and support to finance teams while partnering with information technology, data, innovation, and business teams.
  • Promote best practices and process standardization by enabling knowledge sharing and supporting the rollout of innovative solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging technology trends and finance digitalization best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with low-code data transformation and automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Agent Builder, UiPath, n8n, Airtable, and Zapier.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAC, or QlikView.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Willingness to relocate within the United States or Canada, with potential global mobility.
