  • Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-5 years accounting/finance experience
  • NetSuite preferred
Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient processing of the accounts receivable and invoicing functions.
  • Prepare monthly reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
  • Analyze revenue and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the general ledger.
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Maintain project and employee set-up in expense and time reporting systems.
  • Reconcile bank transactions.
  • Research and reconcile reporting discrepancies.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures and instructions of Controller
  • Be highly detail-oriented and organized in work
  • Go above and beyond, offering ideas and taking initiative
  • Be highly dependable, follow through, and seek personal accountability
  • Set priorities and manage workload, meeting deadlines with high quality
