Financial Accounting Manager
About the job
- A completed degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting areas.
- Experience leading teams and financial closing processes.
- Experience participating as the responsible party or primary counterpart in external audits, preferably with Big Four firms.
- Strong command of ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure proper execution of the company's accounting and tax strategies, ensuring reliable financial information, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations.
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and consistent monthly accounting close.
- Ensure correct application of Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).
- Analyze and resolve complex or unusual transactions using technical judgment.
- Maintain current accounting policies and procedures.
- Direct, develop, and monitor the performance of the accounting team.
- A Master's degree in Finance, an MBA, or studies related to digital transformation.
