  • Collaborate with the team and adapt to digital tools, processes, and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and follow up on the assigned collections portfolio, organizing recovery activities according to each portfolio's characteristics.
  • Design and execute collections routes by validating addresses, geographically segmenting customers, and optimizing routes.
  • Conduct home visits and telephone collections to contact customers, negotiate repayment options, and follow up on payment commitments.
  • Prepare weekly work plans, setting priorities, visit routes, administrative activities, and recovery objectives.
  • Record and update completed collection activities promptly using institutional platforms and applications.
  • Prepare follow-up reports, cross-reference information, and analyze databases to facilitate portfolio management.
  • Monitor performance indicators and recovery progress by portfolio, identifying opportunities to meet established targets.
