Solera and Verisk link UK motor insurance claims data directly to 3,000 repair shops to cut waiting times

Solera and Verisk have launched an integration connecting Verisk's IVI Total Loss solution with Solera's Audatex estimating platform to streamline motor insurance claims in the UK. The system allows customer information and vehicle images captured at First Notification of Loss to flow directly to repairers, eliminating duplication and enabling earlier action on claims. Nearly 3,000 UK repairers using Audatex now receive instant access to FNOL images, allowing them to prepare labour and materials before vehicles arrive. This early visibility supports faster triage, improved planning and earlier parts ordering, reducing delays in the repair process. The integration improves claims accuracy and operational efficiency by ensuring critical data flows seamlessly between insurers and their approved repairer networks, helping accelerate the overall repair journey for customers.
