Juniper Square, Nasdaq eVestment launch AI tool for private markets fundraising teams. * September 24, 2026 * - 10:24 am Juniper Square has partnered with Nasdaq eVestment to launch Capital Intelligence, an AI-powered tool designed to give private markets investor relations teams greater visibility into institutional investors and fundraising opportunities. The new tool is being introduced within Juniper Square's existing Investor CRM and incorporates institutional market data from Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens. CXapital Intelligence is designed to allow general partners to update investor and consultant information, identify potential new relationships, and monitor changes without leaving their existing CRM workflow. The launch comes as private markets managers compete for a more concentrated pool of institutional capital. Juniper Square said Capital Intelligence is intended to address the challenge of maintaining accurate and current information on investors, consultants and allocation activity. The Nasdaq eVestment data incorporated into the platform covers more than 30,000 institutional firms, 70,000 mandates and 100,000 investment professionals. The information includes structured investor and relationship data alongside qualitative indicators such as allocation trends, pacing plans and consultant sentiment. Capital Intelligence includes three core functions. An AI matching capability can identify potential links between existing CRM contacts and Nasdaq's institutional database, allowing fundraising teams to review and approve matches in bulk. A Pipeline Builder function allows users to search the Nasdaq dataset for investor and consultant professionals and institutional firms, using filters including firm type, assets under management and geography. Potential contacts can then be added to the CRM. The platform also monitors changes at investor and consultant organisations, alerting users to relevant developments so that teams can review and validate updates before incorporating them into their relationship records. Capital Intelligence is available to general partners raising institutional capital. Existing Juniper Square clients that already subscribe to Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens can connect their existing subscription. The launch is the latest step in Juniper Square's broader push to incorporate AI directly into its private markets platform. The company launched Headless GPX in June and subsequently made Fay, its first GPX Agent, generally available in July. Juniper Square said it now serves more than 2,300 private markets general partners, with more than $1tn in limited partner capital managed through its platform.
Juniper Square has launched Capital Intelligence, an AI-powered tool for private markets investor relations teams. The product integrates Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens data directly into Juniper Square's CRM system. Capital Intelligence provides access to institutional investment intelligence covering over 30,000 institutional firms, 70,000 mandates, and 100,000 key professionals. The tool automatically updates investor and consultant records, combining relationship data with insights like pacing plans and allocation trends. The launch follows Juniper Square's release of Headless GPX in June and its Fay AI agent in July. Juniper Square serves over 2,300 private markets general partners globally, with more than $1 trillion in limited partner capital managed through its platform. Firms with existing Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens subscriptions can connect them to the new tool.
Juniper Square has launched Fay, an AI-powered Admin Oversight Agent that automatically reviews fund administrator deliverables for general partners. The tool runs over 150 accuracy and consistency checks across financial statements, partner capital account statements, and supporting documents, catching errors before they reach auditors or investors. The agent reduces financial statement review time by approximately 80% for CFOs and controllers. It uses AI to read documents and extract figures whilst running calculations through deterministic code, ensuring consistent mathematical accuracy. Juniper Square, which serves over 2,300 private markets GPs, initially developed the tool internally for its fund administration team overseeing more than $300 billion in assets. The Admin Oversight Agent works with any fund administrator and is available for purchase through Juniper Square's GPX platform, requiring no integration or data onboarding.
Nopalera, a brand founded by Sandra Velasquez, has raised $4 million in Series A funding led by Morgan Stanley's Next Level Fund and co-led by existing investor L'Attitude Ventures. Sixty8 Capital, Siddhi Capital, Portfolia and several other investors also participated. The company, which employs 17 people, doubled its revenue between 2024 and 2025. The funding will support retail expansion, including an upcoming collaboration with Costco, and product portfolio growth. Velasquez noted the investment will enable the company to strengthen its team and pursue retail opportunities that previously required significant capital and operational infrastructure. L'Attitude Ventures, which manages over $100 million in assets and focuses on Latinx entrepreneurs, previously led Nopalera's $2.7 million seed round in 2022.
Juniper Square has launched Headless GPX, making its fund operating system accessible to AI agents including Claude, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. The platform serves over 2,300 private markets general partners, managing $1 trillion in LP capital across 45,000 investment entities and 750,000 LPs. Headless GPX enables AI agents to access fundraising, investor relations, fund accounting and compliance workflows whilst operating within Juniper Square's existing permissions and audit systems. IR teams can generate investor reports and personalised communications, whilst CFO teams can accelerate period-close processes and compliance checks. The system is built on private markets-specific data models rather than generic databases. Write capabilities and agent-driven actions are planned for the near-term roadmap. The service is currently in limited beta with select customers.
