WHAT WE NEED
The applicant for the Global Marketing Strategy MBA Intern (Core Games) position should be driven and passionate about core gaming with a strong understanding of the shooter and action genres. The right applicant is eager to jump into the fast-moving environment of AAA games marketing with multiple global stakeholders. They must be able to embrace the opportunity to listen, learn and collaborate in the delivery of ground-breaking marketing strategy alongside their teammates. They are ready, willing, and able to contribute to strategic plans while owning components of major deliverables in the publishing process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support upcoming strategic marketing efforts for a key 2K title. Owning elements of larger key deliverables.
- Manage timelines and ensure projects stay on track.
- Coordinating ad-hoc requests and ensuring proper delivery.
- Sit-in on senior management and partner meetings. Providing notes and managing follow-up action items as needed.
WHO WE THINK WILL BE A GREAT FIT
- A first-year student at a top Master of Business Administration program
- 3-plus years of work experience
- Experience in marketing or consulting is a plus
- Very organised and able to track multiple complex projects
- Comfortable acting as project owner
- Fast learner
- Detail oriented
- Extremely proficient in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.
- Eager to jump into the fast-moving world of AAA games marketing
- Core gamer (shooter/action)
