Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience conducting quality assurance testing for web-based platforms.
  • Familiar with developing and executing manual test cases across devices and browsers.
  • Comfortable becoming familiar with technical topics.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate key test status updates, test findings and QA program updates.
  • Ability to look for new and better solutions to existing challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in building comprehensive testing plans with the QA team and design test cases for assessing each feature's readiness for deployment.
  • Manage all aspects of the test plan to enable an on-time launch, including independently executing all test cases, documenting progress for traceability purposes and communicating testing statuses to key stakeholders (engineering, product, customer success etc.).
  • Work with QA, product and engineering teams to identify possible new tools or internal features that can improve QA testing quality and speed.
  • Support developers to improve automated testing, ensuring new features are added to our automated regression testing suite.
  • Work with product managers to identify which bugs must be resolved before deployment and which are not critical path.
  • Help develop and execute a structured process for triaging bugs identified across the organization.
  • Detail out bugs to support resolution with the engineering team, including bug replication and root cause analysis.
