Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Partner closely with the CxO and broader extended leadership team to position us for future horizons and new audiences in a way that builds brand credibility and opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team of product marketers across positioning, enablement, CIMR, and operations to execute on our ambitious growth goals and innovation strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the mental health sector.
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our products, ensuring clear and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage customer feedback, data analytics, and industry insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
  • Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell and position our products.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Be a thought partner and deeply embed yourself into the Revenue organization to ensure we are lockstep on strategic areas such as our sales story, our differentiators, our segment strategy, and more.
  • Champion across our entire organization the voice of the market as it relates to what will attract high value prospects and ultimately grow our business.
