- Prepare and maintain charts with hyperlinks for documents.
- Prepare binders for attorneys and judges.
- Create and save documents and emails in iManage according to firm policy.
- Calendar legal due dates in CompuLaw.
- Maintain attorneys' calendars and schedule meetings and other calendar commitments.
- Make travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Process monthly client disbursements.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Provide support to multiple timekeepers.
- Support the firm's administrative needs by assisting team members where needed.
