Requirements
  • 4-6 years experience in the non profit sector in program management roles or similar
  • Proven experience in program management, training, or workforce development, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Community outreach abilities with a high level of respectful outreach tactics and ability to execute work through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens
  • Proficiency with Google Suite. Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Decision-making abilities, making data-driven, mission oriented decisions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and switch gears at a moment’s notice
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups, including community leaders, government officials, board members, donors, and program beneficiaries
  • Ability to operate independently with little guidance and a sense of urgency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluently bilingual in English and Spanish is required
