Requirements
  • Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics; or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience building enterprise applications
  • Passion for the financial markets and working with large amounts of data
  • Knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Experience with OOPL – C# preferred
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies/platforms
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Build technologies that bolster research & trading productivity
  • Expand the system to new markets and asset classes
  • Work on cross-functional teams across trading, quant, and development to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
  • Design software solutions that meet or excel beyond industry standards
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
  • Build out infrastructure to support trading pipelines; data warehousing & containerization to drive the success of the business
