  • Process all claims received and delivered to clients
  • Verify and reconcile claim remittance and claim closure
  • Follow up with carriers on claim documentation, updates, and payments
  • Maintain accurate agency management system client and policy data
  • Request and create consolidated loss runs
  • Update claim review documents
  • Prepare and/or update claim loss summary
  • Process claim documentation and ensure payment of claims
  • File all client and claim/policy documents
  • Respond to basic client claim questions
  • Assist with ad hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned by the team and leadership
