Responsibilities
  • Transcribe legal documents and recordings with accuracy and clarity.
  • Scope legal materials by reviewing and editing legal documents to enhance readability and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle materials with utmost discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and high-quality transcriptions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in legal transcription or scopist work is preferred but not required.
  • 20+ hours per week minimum commitment preferred.
  • Ongoing, long-term work opportunities are available and welcoming to new candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word 2013 or newer, or Office 365 is preferred.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling complex legal content.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
  • Supportive team environment and weekly payments are in place.
  • Onboarding process will be provided for new contractors.
