The ideal candidate demonstrates refined aesthetic judgment, a natural sense for pacing in visual storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through illustration, video editing, and screenwriting. Experience in film, television, digital media, or game production is valuable, as is proficiency in digital illustration and editing.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for turning your original stories into training material for new users and will lead training sessions to onboard and develop new users. We value candidates who combine technical expertise with artistic vision and impeccable taste to create engaging content that resonates with audiences. Your ability to communicate visual ideas, understand rhythm in storytelling, and connect with audience preferences are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration and create compelling narrative content using a variety of media formats, working effectively with both human and AI team members while ensuring project alignment and clear communication.

• Create, test, and refine narratives across multiple formats (animatics, screenplays, video content) with attention to quality, rhythm, pacing, and audience engagement

• Craft engaging compositions and editing sequences that maximize impact and resonate with target audiences

• Communicate complex ideas clearly using structured language and understanding of film and video production, articulating creative decisions and coordinating effectively across departments through clear, concise communication.

• Manage project workflows with excellent awareness of production rhythms and deadlines

• Develop original stories and transform them into effective training materials, documentation, and style guides for new users

• Design and conduct engaging training sessions with progressive learning paths that incorporate storytelling techniques

• Monitor user progress and adapt training approaches based on learning outcomes to enhance user engagement and retention

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good sense of pacing and timing cutting sound to picture for maximum narrative effect.

• Natural instinct for cinematography, visual rhythm and aesthetic judgment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrable proficiency with at least one of the following.:

  • screenwriting

  • video editing.

  • digital illustration/drawing/compositing/photo-manipulation

  • sound design

• Proficiency in video editing with an emphasis on flow and pacing.

• A disciplined, audience focused mindset about when to best take direct control and when to accept collaborative contribution

• Excellent screenwriting skills with the ability to write one minute per page with clear communication of ideas and concepts

• Experience in developing training materials from creative content

Preferred Experience

Creating tasteful visual content in narrative for animation, comics, book and games that demonstrates refined aesthetic judgment to build compelling moments for an audience big or small

• Excellent communication skills with experience receiving and incorporating feedback through clear communication and adroit use of language.

• Creators disciplined to efficiently produce content on a rapid schedule

• Skilled at Digital Illustration in Photoshop, Art Studio Pro, Procreate, Heavy Paint

• Proficiency as a Video Editor using Premiere, Capcut, Avid, Resolve, Final Cut.

• Strong Skill as an Art Director able to develop style guides for narrative content

• History of successfully creating content with optimal audience engagement

• Background in teaching, training, or mentoring in a creative field

• Demonstrated ability to break down complex creative processes into learnable components

• Experience building ComfyUI workflows

• Experience sound design software and workflows

• Experience using and LLM.
