The Role
We are looking for an exceptional product marketing leader for our North America Commercial marketing team. This role is responsible for product marketing across Veeva Commercial solutions, including Veeva Vault CRM Suite, a first-of-its-kind customer engagement solution built for the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product enterprise software marketing in a dynamic environment.
Working closely with partners across Strategy, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, this individual will play a critical role in helping us refine and scale our marketing efforts to enable authentic reference selling and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the Commercial product marketing team
- Drive the marketing strategy and annual planning process for Veeva Commercial solutions in collaboration with strategy, sales, product, and marketing
- Act as the primary point person for Vault CRM Suite product marketing in North America
- Create go-to-market programs for new products, buyers, and market segments
- Craft compelling and succinct product messaging and positioning
- Lead global cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives
- Develop and oversee the creation of thought leadership and sales enablement content that advances objectives
- Maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials
- Partner with field marketing to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate to specific audiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience with prior success marketing complex enterprise cloud software
- 3+ years of experience as a people manager
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a space where there is no prior “playbook” to replicate
- Exceptional written and oral communications with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging
- Excels in dynamic, global environments with competing priorities
- Ability to lead and influence across all functions and levels
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Servant leader and team player with a positive attitude

Compensation
- Base pay: $125,000 - $250,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
