- Ensure project staff maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, submittal, request for information, correspondence, monthly billing, and project closeout records.
- Attend and run project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Address project-related issues, conflicts, and delays promptly and effectively while maintaining project progress.
- Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, requests for information, correspondence logs, monthly billing, and project closeout documents.
- Identify, estimate, prepare, and negotiate change orders.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.
- Liaise with field supervision.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the estimated budget, timeline, and scope.
- Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
- Coordinate and supervise all electrical aspects of projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver successful electrical projects.
