  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education. Technical background is preferred.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing product management teams.

  • Experience overseeing the development and launch of successful products, ideally in the rapid application development space.

  • Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to internal stakeholders, executives, partners, and customers.

  • Proficient with software development processes, APIs, automation, and platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of competitive trends in AI, automation, and integration in low-code platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and evaluate team performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Define and communicate a unified product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company objectives, ensuring prioritization of the most impactful initiatives.
  • Work with product managers to ensure their individual roadmaps contribute to broader business goals.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution, product delivery, and market success.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach by ensuring product managers gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Establish and refine product development processes, tools, and frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the team.
  • Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and execution to deliver products on time and within scope.
