We are seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to contribute to our work of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of pet care businesses. Responsibilities

Email

Manage team’s use of the Hubspot system
Develop transactional email communication flows for marketing, customer service, internal and external sales
Write copy, build out design, and quality test emails
Partner with Creative to build templates and engage with outside agency to develop customized HTML layouts to match messaging
Develop email plan, create emails, track and report on resultsEmail list management, segmentation, and testing

Social media

Develop Facebook content plan for PetExec Inc account and private customer page
Develop social calendar and schedule posts
Monitor activity on paid ads and respond
Maintain PetExec LinkedIn account
Collect and update client testimonials for use on PetExec.net
Utilize Figma design software, Canva, and implement Hubspot social media management software

Website

Manage agency to manage updates to site function, site structure and page layout, batch Resource Library article posts
Engage with agencies to manage the creation, development, and execution of Resource Library articles. Decide topics, manage briefs, source writers and images, facilitate publication.
Manage SEO process (plan future Resource Library articles, review engagement of active articles, Markacy suggests changes to the website) through bi-weekly meetings.

Analytics

Own periodic Kinship metrics reporting
Run point on GA4 and tableau
Identify needs and pull hubspot data and reporting

Paid Media & Advertising

Collaborate with internal team to develop content for paid digital ads
Industry print advertising (Pet Business Magazine)

Brand

Main point of contact for all creative projects - briefing in, managing the design and copywriting process and timelines, and execution
Collaborate to finesse the look/feel/key messaging of cross functional PetExec projects

Product

Own go to market strategy for new product releases developing the competitive set, messaging and timelines and execute
Support research efforts that product seeks to validate new product additions

Operations

Organize and manage PetExec marketing budget
Approve and track invoices, update expenses by periodAgency management

Requirements

5+ years of experience working in a Marketing role
Expert in Hubspot CRM
Proficient in google analytics and Tableau
Collaborate with the Creative team to execute on marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
Develop performance reports to measure success of campaigns and relationships, regularly report on KPIs and ROI of campaigns to senior leadership, use metrics to optimize campaign performance and identify trends & future opportunities
Oversee and manage affiliate marketing budget, asset creation, and marketing calendar
Married sales funnel and product roadmap through marketing

COMPENSATION

The New York, New York contract salary range for this position is $50-60 hourly, commensurate with experience.
