  • The employee must be able to follow department opening and closing procedures.
  • The employee must be able to bend and stoop, lift 25 to 100 pounds depending on the job, work on their feet for 8-hour shifts, and work in cold and warm environments.
Responsibilities

  • Stock, rotate, and straighten products.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire others through relationship building.
  • Perform other duties assigned at the discretion of store management.
Desired Qualifications
  • For internal store or facility candidates, a minimum of six months of employment with Schnucks is preferred.
  • For internal Store Support Center candidates, a minimum of one year of employment with Schnucks is preferred.
  • Internal candidates must be in good standing and not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline.
  • If invited for an interview, internal candidates must have manager approval based on performance.
