Requirements
  • A degree in Law or a related discipline is required.
  • Admission to practice law is required.
  • Five to seven years of experience at leading national or international law firms, with exposure to commercial law and contracts, is required.
  • Interest and motivation to pursue an in-house career supporting business legal matters are required.
  • Good knowledge of commercial contracting topics is required, preferably including software licensing contracts, ICT services, and data protection matters.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation abilities are required, with attention to balancing legal protection and business objectives.
  • The ability to work in a team and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • The ability to manage priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documentation, including sales and service procurement contracts, distribution agreements, software licensing and development agreements, confidentiality agreements, Proofs of Concept, Letters of Interest, Memoranda of Understanding, and Data Processing Agreements.
  • Provide legal support for strategic and operational projects, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations.
  • Provide internal advice on commercial law, privacy, and corporate governance matters.
  • Conduct legal training for internal teams on key topics such as privacy, contracts, and the code of ethics.
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel to define and implement the company's legal policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent academic results in the required degree are considered a plus.
  • Exposure to software licensing contracts, ICT services, and data protection matters is preferred.
