Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share.
  • High-Level Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process.
  • Customer Engagement: Commit to being in person with customers 50% of the time to build trust, understand their unique needs, and tailor solutions that deliver unmatched value.
  • Prospecting and Proposal Development: Dedicate 30% of your time to prospecting new clients and 20% to crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and challenges.
  • Remote Leadership: Embody the initiative, independence, and resilience required to succeed and set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.
