Requirements
  • Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications with two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Online experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
  • Technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint solutions
  • Power Automate, Power Apps, and Office 365 integrations
  • Functional understanding of business needs and translating them into effective SharePoint solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
  • Applicable data privacy practices and laws
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SharePoint users, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution. Provide day-to-day support of the SharePoint Online product offering with special focus on collaboration within and across departments.
  • Manage and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and availability; escalate issues when needed.
  • Support integration of SharePoint with Office 365 and third-party applications. Recommend and implement new features or integrations to improve collaboration and efficiency.
  • Handle requests for access, content publishing, and document management.
  • Support SharePoint migrations, patching, and upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies. Ensure compliance with applicable Healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding production issues, status updates, and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint related tools and technologies.
  • Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.
