  • Own growth experiments and help build the repeatable revenue engine at Pocus
  • Create pipeline by driving net new leads for Pocus through analytic and creative strategies
  • Build segmented target account lists based on buying signals and run message/channel fit experiments
  • Design, execute, and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end
  • Build partners and ecosystem strategy from 0 to 1
  • Identify and manage co-marketing, co-sell, and technology partner relationships
  • Grow and evolve the Slack community to fuel inbound pipeline for new business
  • Create a community of Pocus advocates and influencers
  • Develop programs to nurture product champions for expansion and renewal goals
  • Help solve complex problems cross-functionally through process and tools
  • Build systems, processes, and internal tools to simplify and scale GTM processes
  • Analyze dashboards to identify growth opportunities for Pocus's GTM team
