Field Service Engineer

- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to the equipment served.
- Organization and time-management skills to manage multiple service calls effectively.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel within Mexico City and Hidalgo.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in field-service environments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures using advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal operating performance.
- Install, configure, and optimize equipment systems according to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Accurately document all service activities, repairs, and maintenance work in the service management system.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests within Mexico City and Hidalgo.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly and professionally to customers.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field-service activities.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Inspect equipment and provide customers with detailed reports on system condition and recommendations.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple service calls while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and system optimization.
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
