Your Future Job
Reporting to the Director of IT, as a IT Data Analyst, you will be crucial asset in our IT department. We’re looking for a data specialist who is passionate and proficient in navigating a range of data and application platforms, with a
primary focus on delivering accurate data to address intricate business challenges. Your role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing our data warehouse solutions on the Azure platform. You will also play a key role in
bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes and applications, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing/implementing strategic solutions to enhance efficiency.
What will you do
- Support the development and integration of our existing Business Applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and build the solution in-house or work with consultants depending on the scenario.
- Evaluating business requirements against both existing and new systems to determine compatibility.
- Provide recommendations on system enhancements to improve business efficiency.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Own various tasks and projects assigned by the Director of IT, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions on the Azure platform.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field (preferred).
- At least five (5) years in IT and or developer related experience
- Demonstrated experience in software development, SQL programming,
and systems integration.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Syspro ERP and EDI
experience is an asset.

- Proficiency in Azure data warehouse technologies and SQL (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Analysis and ETL services).
- The ability to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements for system implementations or enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Ability to manage projects related to system implementations, upgrades, or migrations, including defining project scope, managing timelines and resources, and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Innate curiosity coupled with a growth mindset, demonstrating a continual willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Customer-centric approach, adept at managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines to meet various business needs.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. Thepay range for this position is from$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent team members may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
