- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Zero to three years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related support role.
- Basic familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with IT systems, processes, and technology environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional team environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including IP addressing and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and transport IT equipment such as desktops, monitors, and printers.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting IT project activities.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely progress.
- Prepare status reports, project documentation, and updates for senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Support project risk tracking, resource coordination, and project monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning, decision-making, and implementation efforts.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and project management artifacts.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project management activities and meetings.
- Assist in monitoring project performance and identifying potential issues or delays.
- Support the coordination of cross-functional teams involved in project activities.
- Stay informed about emerging project management tools, practices, and methodologies.
- Ensure project activities follow established organizational project management standards and procedures.
- Interact with end users regarding IT services.
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is preferred.
- HDI Desktop Support Technician certification is preferred.
- HDI Customer Service Representative certification is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management certification is preferred.
- CompTIA Network+ certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and project management frameworks.
