- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant.
- Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum one year of experience prescribing medication.

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including intake assessments, for patients in the PHP/IOP programs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric assessment findings.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
- Provide ongoing medication management and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Work closely with therapists, social workers, and other team members to coordinate care for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, particularly in a PHP/IOP setting.
- Participate in clinical team meetings, case reviews, and treatment planning discussions.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards for the delivery of psychiatric services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and advancements in psychiatric care.
- Experience in a behavioral health setting, including PHP and/or IOP.

Guidelight, a provider of evidence-based mental health care, has appointed Kelly Jones as Chief Growth Officer. Jones brings over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Partnerships at Compass Health Center. In her new role, Jones will oversee national growth strategy, marketing, referral partnerships and market expansion. She previously held leadership positions at Groups Recover Together and Array Tele-Psychiatry, focusing on scaling access to outcomes-driven care.
