About the job
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, specifically within the B2B SaaS or HR tech industry.
- A history of meeting or exceeding retention and growth quotas while managing technical platform support.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contract renewals, pricing discussions, and resolving disputes.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to C-level executives while bridging technical system knowledge and client needs.
- A willingness to share knowledge and collaborate across teams to support clients.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute, question the status quo, and address challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor for a dedicated client portfolio, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and support high satisfaction and platform stickiness.
- Manage the entire renewal process and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase annual recurring revenue and provide additional value.
- Develop and execute account plans and deliver quarterly business reviews that demonstrate return on investment and align solutions with client business objectives.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and work with Support and Product teams to evolve offerings and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Identify at-risk accounts early using data and implement plans to retain the business.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management data and forecast the pipeline, keeping internal stakeholders informed and consulted on account health.
