Accountant - Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance Testing Lead
About the job
- A general understanding of bank regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven experience building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders ranging from staff level to senior management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, geographically dispersed team.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility, and implement change.
- The ability to work within ambiguity while delivering results.
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency is required.
- CPA or CIA certification is required.
- At least two years of advisory or audit experience with a Big Four accounting firm.
- Experience with loan accounting, reporting, or operations.
- Experience using data-sampling tools such as ACL.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality assurance program for regulatory reporting.
- Lead quality assurance testing for regulatory reporting.
