- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, both internal and external, transforming insights into actionable features.
- Lead user research initiatives to continually understand and address the pain points, needs, and desires of both our hotel partners and their guests.
- Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product iterations and enhancements.
