- At least 1 year of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required.
- An active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- A physical examination within the past 12 months is required.
- A PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past 12 months, or a chest X-ray within the past 5 years, is required.
- MMR vaccination within the past 10 years is required.
- Proof of current flu vaccination or an approved exemption is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, high-acuity care in patients' homes.
- Manage ventilators and tracheostomies in home-care or acute-care settings.
- Provide one-on-one private-duty nursing care during 12-hour day or overnight shifts.
