Requirements
  • Be a technician or hold a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to construction project management for building infrastructure.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction work on sites.
  • Have coordinated work on two building-infrastructure construction projects exceeding $8 million each.
  • Have participated in projects completed within the past five years.
  • Have coordinated at least one project for a public-sector client.
  • Have worked in environments involving the client, architecture and engineering professionals, and contractors.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and document-follow-up abilities.
  • Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
  • Review documents required for the preparation and execution of the work.
  • Track information received from professionals and contractors.
  • Ensure effective document circulation among stakeholders.
  • Participate in analyzing plans, specifications, and technical documents submitted for the work.
  • Identify items requiring clarification from professionals.
  • Follow up on technical questions and responses from stakeholders.
  • Document decisions and directions made during coordination meetings.
  • Conduct surveys and observations during site visits.
  • Compare observed progress with project documents and requirements.
  • Report identified discrepancies and follow up with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Control documents submitted by contractors and professionals.
  • Participate in processing change requests that may affect the work.
  • Follow up on the impacts of modifications on project execution.
  • Participate in identifying and resolving deficiencies.
  • Contribute to preparing inspections and acceptance activities.
  • Verify the availability of documentation required for project closeout.
  • Track revised plans and as-built documents.
  • Participate in assembling warranty and closeout documents.
  • Organize and maintain the project's technical files.
  • Support the project team in contract-closeout activities.
