- Become proficient with the product quickly and take end-to-end ownership of its user experience.
- Use product deep-dives and data to identify gaps.
- Apply strong judgment to distinguish important issues from noise and preserve a simple user experience.
- Produce comprehensive product requirements documents, tickets, prototypes, and designs that require minimal review.
- Partner with design and engineering, and be able to drive user experience independently.
- Own the product roadmap and feature definition, applying user experience, user interface, and interaction design judgment.
- Lead design reviews and propose user experience optimizations and next-step features.
- Map the product surface area, including the dashboard, features, and connections across modules.
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
- Compare specification, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions.
- Use product usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize improvements.
- Prioritize actionably, avoid overbuilding, reduce user interface clutter, and ship the simplest effective solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product experience and turn complexity into a clear, integrated user experience across modules.
