- Make continuous efforts to improve instructional quality by reviewing and using different and innovative teaching methodologies and techniques.
- Demonstrate, or be willing to acquire, skills in using online activities to enhance course content and materials during interactive teaching and learning.
- Keep current with new technologies and safety regulations.
- Participate in professional development and maintain continuing education hours to renew licensure; stay current with college updates.
- Be available for 12-hour Saturday shifts for clinicals.
- Assist with reviewing and revising the syllabus for specific courses within the program and instructional guidelines.
- Submit required program reports and forms to the program director in a timely manner.
- Maintain student attendance records, grades, and skills check-off forms, and assist with program data collection by set due dates.
- Assist with updating and maintaining student files related to clinical requirements, immunizations, and educational requirements.
- Teach courses at varied times and locations as program needs require.
- Teach lecture content and clinical rotations, which may take place during days or evenings on weekdays or weekends.
- Participate in assigned committees based on availability, prioritizing teaching responsibilities.
