Limbach raises full-year revenue guidance to $790M despite falling profit as acquisition push targets Texas, Midwest and Southeast

Limbach Holdings reported second-quarter 2026 sales of $173.46 million but saw net income drop to $4.75 million year-on-year. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to between $760 million and $790 million. A day after results, management announced an acquisition push targeting Texas, the Midwest, and the Southeast. The strategy aims to expand customer reach, strengthen cross-selling, and apply Limbach's integrated operating model to regional businesses. Despite higher revenue guidance, profit margins compressed during the quarter. Five Simply Wall Street community fair value estimates range between $90.00 and $134.73 per share, highlighting investor disagreement about valuation. The divergence between revenue growth and declining profitability, combined with aggressive acquisition plans, raises questions about execution risk and capital allocation for shareholders.
