Five Simply Wall Street community fair value estimates range between $90.00 and $134.73 per share, highlighting investor disagreement about valuation. The divergence between revenue growth and declining profitability, combined with aggressive acquisition plans, raises questions about execution risk and capital allocation for shareholders.

Investcorp has acquired a majority stake in Miebach Logistik Holding GmbH. Dua Associates advised on Indian law aspects, while Covington & Burling was the principal legal advisor globally. CMS advised Miebach's shareholders. Miebach's equity partners will retain a significant minority stake. The acquisition, expected to close in Q2 2025 pending regulatory approvals, is Investcorp's fifth European private equity investment in 15 months. The purchase price remains undisclosed.
