Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own go-to-market strategy for new and evolving products by defining the audience, core value propositions, and positioning, then driving launches and value-proposition changes into market with brand, creative, and performance teams.
  • Own cross-channel creative strategy, including the appropriate creative mix and volume across social, search, YouTube, offline, and other channels.
  • Partner with product managers to understand product value and translate it into creative briefs that direct messaging and creative production.
  • Analyze creative performance data across the portfolio and channels, identify insights, and feed findings back to product managers and creative briefs.
  • Build AI workflows that combine human creative judgment with performance data to generate insights that improve creative performance.
  • Determine and steer creative investment allocation across channels, formats, and product lines to maximize business results, in partnership with performance marketing and channel creative leads.
  • Own creative-performance key performance indicators and metrics, including agency and creative-type win rates and return on investment by channel and format.
  • Own objectives and key results for the Brand and Creative team and coordinate product, brand, creative operations, and performance marketing toward shared outcomes.

Liberty Mutual partners with Ethos for digital-first life insurance platform

Ethos and Banner Life launch two whole life insurance products in under five months
