- Serve as a technical resource for Construction Design Leaders, Project Managers, Estimators, Field Leaders, and clients.
- Support preconstruction efforts through the development of conceptual layouts, sketches, design alternatives, and quantity-based inputs.
- Coordinate modeled content to support fabrication drawing development and organizational fabrication goals.
- Participate in coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Help develop and refine modeling standards, documentation protocols, workflows, and software utilization strategies.
- Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements that strengthen digital construction execution across the organization.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of electrical installation practices, the National Electrical Code, and industry best practices.
- Travel to project sites, training programs, trade shows, and conferences as approved by leadership.
- At least three years of demonstrated success as a VDC Specialist or VDC Manager supporting large-scale or hyperscale construction projects.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Revizto, eVolve, Allied BIM, and other related VDC and construction software platforms.
- Strong understanding of fabrication workflows and model-based construction practices.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and electrical installation standards.
