Requirements
  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a discipline of quantitative social science (e.g., applied data science, I/O psychology, behavioral economics, sociology)
  • 3+ years of experience independently applying skills to solve problems (1-2+ years in People Analytics preferred)
  • Deep expertise in statistics and data science methods (e.g., linear and logistic regression, causal inference, A/B testing, matching methods, time series analyses)
  • Proficiency in Python (Preferred) or R
  • Demonstrated experience communicating technical findings to nontechnical audiences
Responsibilities
  • Use quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to understand what drives talent across the employee lifecycle
  • Independently develop full-cycle analytics, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to use more advanced data science methods to solve their business needs
  • Develop new metrics and data products to measure progress against People Team goals
  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics to implement, document, validate, and monitor data trends
