Requirements
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, data tracking, order coordination, or customer communication is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and related requests.
  • Process customer purchase orders.
  • Support marketing activities and sales-related procedures.
  • Work with the Warehouse and Accounting departments to help keep accounts receivable current.
  • Generate and prepare weekly reports for Sales, Account Managers, and customers.
  • Communicate with customers regularly regarding account needs, product promotional activities, inventory levels, and sales performance.
  • Monitor shipment schedules to help ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
  • Generate reports as requested by Sales or supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Managers, Forwarders, and customers to support shipments and deliveries.
  • Work with Warehouse and Accounting teams to ensure orders are shipped and invoiced on time and to follow up on product returns.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin.
  • Business major background.
  • Previous part-time, internship, or campus work experience in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or administrative support.

ASUS expands AI infrastructure ecosystem with Intel and AMD from cloud to edge

ASUS has expanded its AI infrastructure ecosystem through partnerships with Intel and AMD, alongside technology collaborators including Aleria, Foxlink, IBM, Samsung, Schneider Electric, and WD. The announcement was made at ASUS AI Tech 2026 in Seoul. The company unveiled several new servers powered by Intel Xeon 6 processors and AMD EPYC 9006 Series CPUs, designed for AI, high-performance computing, and data-intensive workloads. Notable models include the RS700-E12-RS4U, RS720-E12-RS12U, and ESC8000A-E13P, which features AMD Instinct MI350P PCIe accelerators. ASUS also introduced industrial edge computing solutions, including the Industrial Edge Server and RUC-2000 series embedded computer. The latter is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors with up to 180 AI TOPS, targeting applications in factory automation, video surveillance, and healthcare. The servers are available worldwide, with regional availability subject to local requirements.

ASUS unveils ProArt RTX Spark PCs with 1 petaflop AI performance at IFA 2026

ASUS has unveiled its new ProArt lineup at IFA 2026, featuring the P16 and P14 laptops and GR1X mini PC powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark technology. The devices deliver up to 1 petaflop of AI performance with unified memory up to 128GB. The RTX Spark architecture combines a Blackwell RTX GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores and a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU. The systems can run 120-billion-parameter language models, render 3D scenes exceeding 90GB, and generate 4K AI video locally. The P16 measures 12.9mm thick and weighs 1.77kg, whilst the P14 is 13.9mm thick and weighs 1.48kg. Both feature ASUS Lumina Pro OLED displays with Delta E less than 1 colour accuracy and up to 1,600 nits peak brightness. The compact GR1X mini PC measures 150 x 150 x 51mm.

CorVascular launches ASUS handheld ultrasound for vascular specialists at SVU 2026

CorVascular has launched the ASUS handheld ultrasound portfolio for the US vascular market at the Society for Vascular Ultrasound 2026 Annual Conference in National Harbor, Maryland. The Minneapolis-based company is the exclusive US importer and vascular market distributor for ASUS's medical ultrasound portfolio. The launch centres on the ASUS LU800 Handheld Ultrasound, which received US FDA 510(k) clearance in January 2026. The device offers up to 2.5 hours of continuous operation, wireless portability, and DICOM support for PACS connectivity. It operates via the ASUS MediConnect App and is designed to integrate with CorVascular's VasoGuard platform. CorVascular develops vascular diagnostic technologies for peripheral vascular assessment across multiple care settings.

ASUS launches AMD EPYC 9006-powered servers for enterprise AI and cloud workloads

ASUS has announced a new server lineup powered by AMD EPYC 9006 processors, designed for enterprise AI, cloud, virtualisation, and business-critical workloads. The portfolio includes two series: the dual-socket RS700A/720A for high compute density and the single-socket RS500A/520A for space efficiency. Both series feature PCIe 6.0, high-density E3.S storage, and proprietary ASUS thermal management technologies. The RS700A/720A offers 32 DIMM slots and up to 32 E3.S bays in a 2U form factor, whilst the RS500A/520A provides a compact design under 800mm depth for rack-constrained environments. ASUS innovations include a modular DC-MHS architecture, DIMM.2 storage repositioning to prevent thermal throttling, and Thermal Radar 3.0 for energy-efficient fan control. The servers will be available soon through local ASUS representatives.

ASUS launches free Zenni Claw AI assistant with built-in work and travel skills

ASUS has launched Zenni Claw, a free agentic AI assistant for supported ASUS devices running Windows 11. The software features a three-step installation process and includes ready-to-use skills across work, travel, and daily life categories. Zenni Claw offers 11 ready tasks and 14 built-in skills at launch, including meeting organisation, industry news digests, flight monitoring, and trip planning. The assistant can route tasks between local device processing and cloud computing to balance performance and privacy. The software requires 16GB RAM and 20GB storage as a minimum. Local model features need higher specifications, including 32GB RAM and processors like Intel Core Ultra Series X or AMD Ryzen AI Max Series. Devices not meeting local requirements can run in cloud-only mode. ASUS plans to expand Zenni Claw with additional assistant experiences and workflows. The software is currently in beta and available for free download from the ASUS website.
