Requirements
  • Have 4-6 years of previous experience supporting senior-level & C-level executives as an executive or administrative assistant, ideally in a remote-first or distributed company.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Possess strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives, as well as the rest of the organization.
  • Are comfortable using Google Workspace apps (especially Google Calendar), Slack, Zoom, Workday, Navan, and are eager to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Handle time-sensitive, confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Are adaptable and can handle ambiguous situations and frequent change with ease.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining a positive team culture by participating in team-building activities and promoting an engaging work environment.
  • Are an empathetic individual with a desire to contribute to and empower a diverse and inclusive team environment.
  • Take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to the team’s success.
Responsibilities
  • Strategically, and with timeliness, manage the CRO calendar & inbox, effectively prioritizing high-impact activities and ensuring focus is aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, revenue planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews. Prepare for and attend synchronous meetings across multiple time zones, drive accountability across the revenue organization by tracking key deliverables, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Lead a variety of cross-functional special projects that require planning, coordination, and organization, such as team offsite event planning, SKO planning, Presidents Club and implementing new programs and processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of the Sales Department.
  • Organize travel for the CRO, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless logistics and minimizing downtime. Simultaneously work closely with finance business partners to manage T&E budget associated with these offsites and events.
  • Handle time-sensitive, confidential information with discretion and integrity, and manage information flow within the executive team to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, which are crucial to the success of Webflow.
