Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in an administrative role focused on compliance, insurance, and/or legal matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incident reporting and insurance claims, including investigation, analysis, reporting, follow-up, and resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and insurance adjusters, brokers, and attorneys.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry standards through research and continuing education.
  • Provide status updates and reports as needed.
  • Prepare for the annual commercial property insurance policy renewal.
  • Assist with projects and other duties as requested.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of laws and regulations, including Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant requirements.
  • Experience with compliance in multifamily property management or real estate, including understanding of insurance claims and incident reporting.
