Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot Account Engagement and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in building automation rules, engagement programs, segmentation, and email campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management and its integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR compliance, and list hygiene.
  • Basic HTML and CSS proficiency for email template editing.
  • Experience pulling and interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Support marketing performance by applying functional and technical expertise to improve time-to-market and operating efficiency.
  • Create and manage digital marketing advertising promotions.
  • Design, implement, develop, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Pardot Account Engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, drip programs, and engagement studio programs in Pardot.
  • Develop and manage customer journeys, triggered sends, and transactional emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Create and manage dynamic content, segmentation lists, and audience targeting across Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline influence.
  • Maintain data hygiene across Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including list management, deduplication, and segmentation.
  • Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to surface insights and inform campaign strategy.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
