Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in software engineering, software integration, computer programming, or data analyst/scientist.
  • Four or more years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Software Integrator, or Computer Programmer.
  • Must adhere to 8570.01M CWF requirements at IAT Level II.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with common technology stacks.
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages, including C#, Java, and Python, and JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, React, and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, web servers such as Apache, and user interface and user experience design.
  • Must currently hold a security clearance at the minimum Secret level.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and twist, bend, and squat periodically.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the client to analyze complex and unique technical support assignments.
  • Lead or collaborate with system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and program analysts within an Agile environment.
  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
  • Analyze complex and unique technical support assignments.
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture.
  • Build the front end of applications through visual design.
  • Develop and manage databases and applications.
  • Write effective application programming interfaces.
  • Test software for responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
  • Create security and data protection settings.
  • Build features and applications with mobile-responsive design.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection services.
  • Answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, and customization.
  • Apply advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions for common failures.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues encountered by users.
  • Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related issues and Information Assurance Vulnerabilities.
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring the organizational mailbox to ensure users receive timely support for assistance requests.
  • Maintain and develop information technology procedures required to support the organization.
  • Work with the organization's Information Systems Security Officer to achieve system accreditation.
  • Provide recommendations for the organization's future information technology needs.
  • Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing a monthly progress and status report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
